Riverside Fire Company No. 1 was founded in June of 1892. Since its inception, the mission of Riverside Fire Company No. 1 has remained steadfast: to reduce the loss of life and minimize property damage resulting from fires and related emergencies. This mission is accomplished through strong leadership, ongoing training, fire prevention efforts, and dedicated service in support of the residents of Riverside and our mutual aid partners.
